1. Marketing Officer
Reporting to the Head of Financial Inclusion, the position holder will be responsible for :

  • Ability to meet objectives determined by supervisor
  • Ability to ensure a clear, transparent and accurate information to all stakeholders
  • Ability to manage designing of marketing materials
  • Ability to respect deadline and work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate efficiently, both orally and in written form
  • Good drive for initiatives

Key Accountabilities :

  • Develop content and concept for marketing materials (leaflets, branded apparels, and supervise its production in accordance with the Group standards
  • Support and work with the Group digital communication team on the content generation and collection for the country websites and social pages.
  • Collates business intelligence information and publish as business updates
  • Support the implementation of communication strategy and activities to meet company strategic objectives
  • Coordinate commercial actions with the branches and implementation of those activities to meet operational target
  • Development of customer service standard/protocol to be used by all employees and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction level
  • Serves as a liaison for all media relations
  • Plays lead role in organization of all company events, (activations, staff and customers engagement)
  • Distribute advances notices internally to raise the level of staff awareness on the development of the business as directed by the HFI

Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder :

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  2. At least 3 and above years relevant experience in the role
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe -# -# Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
  4. Deadline-Oriented
  5. Advanced knowledge in marketing and product development,
  6. Prioritization Skills
